Amaretto Butter 

Amaretto Syrup

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons amaretto
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine — soften

 Procedure:

1. Combine butter and amaretto.

 Amaretto Syrup

 Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup amaretto
• 1 cup maple syrup

Procedure:

1. In small saucepan, combine amaretto and syrup.
2. Heat to boiling.
3. Allow to cool before serving.
