Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

Beef Stroganoff

1 Medium Onion, Minced
Pepper And Paprika
2 Pounds Round Steak
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups Sour Cream
8 Ounce Tomato Sauce
Butter Or Oil
1/2 Pounds Mushroom
Onion And Garlic Salt

Procedure:

1. Saute onions in butter until golden brown.
2. Cut meat into narrow strips.
3. Add meat to onions.
4. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
5. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic salt, pepper, paprika and worcestershire sauce.
6. Simmer until meat is tender, about 15 minutes.
7. Stir in sour cream before serving.
8. Serve over wide egg noodles.
