Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of Ground Beef
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 oz. of Jalapeno Peppers plus juice (chopped)
- 2 oz. Salsa
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Cheddar Cheese
- one – (12 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
- 1 sm jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz
Procedure:
- Brown beef and onion.
- Melt cheese and add jalapeno cheese; and salsa along with juice from peppers.
- Add ground beef and heat thoroughly. Add the jalapeno peppers to taste.
- More can be added if a hotter dip is desired.
