Ingredients:

All in One Breakfast

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread — toasted
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 fresh mushrooms — thin sliced
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 slice bacon; crisp — drain/crumble

 Procedure:

  1. Place toast on baking sheet. Spread with butter if desired.
  2. Cover with mushrooms and tomato slices.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
