Ingredients:
2 Pounds Beef, Cubed
6 Medium Onions, Chopped
8 Ounces Mushrooms
1 Cup Water
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Flour
Procedure:
1. Place the beef cubes in a large skillet.
2. Season with Pepper, Salt and Paprika; then brown well.
3. Add the Onions, Mushrooms, and water.
4. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
5. Thicken with a little flour.
6. Yields 4 Servings
