Beef with Green Peppers  

Ingredients:

Beef with Green Peppers

Beef with Green Peppers

  • 1 Lb Steak Tips
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
  • 4 Green Peppers, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

 

 

Procedure:

  1. In a large frying pan, saute the Steak Tips in Olive Oil, Soy Sauce and Cornstarch, until beef is browned.
  2. Add Peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook until peppers are tender, but crisp, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
