Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Steak Tips
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
- 4 Green Peppers, Thinly Sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Procedure:
- In a large frying pan, saute the Steak Tips in Olive Oil, Soy Sauce and Cornstarch, until beef is browned.
- Add Peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until peppers are tender, but crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
